Exchange & Return Policy
At Zouq-e-Libaas, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a dress with any issue, defect, damage, wrong item, or face a sizing concern, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns. We only provide exchanges according to this policy.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery and provide your order details along with clear pictures of the product (if required). Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.
Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is approved, a replacement order will be manually booked by our team.
When the replacement is ready, our courier partner will deliver the new dress to your address. At the time of delivery, you will hand over the original dress to the rider, and the replacement item will be provided to you.
Exchange processing and delivery may take approximately 7 to 14 working days.
No return or refund requests will be accepted during or after the exchange process.
Exchange Conditions
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Items must include all original tags and packaging.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Refunds, cash returns, or order cancellations are not eligible under this policy.
Replacement Value
Products can be exchanged for another item of the same value.
If you choose a product with a higher price than your original order, you will be required to pay the price difference. If you choose a product with a lower value, the remaining amount will not be refunded.
Additional Charges
In certain cases, exchange and delivery charges may apply. Any applicable charges will be communicated by our support team before the exchange is processed.
Zouq-e-Libaas follows a strict Exchange-Only Policy. Returns and refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Zouq-e-Libaas reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
